Shakeinah Davis LLC Retainer Policy

1. Introduction

By entering into this agreement, you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following retainer terms set forth by Shakeinah Davis LLC for astrology and consultation services.

2. Scope of Services

  • The retainer covers professional astrology readings, spiritual consultations, and related services provided by Shakeinah Davis LLC.

  • In some states, astrological services are provided for personal insight and entertainment purposes only, in compliance with relevant legal requirements.

  • The retainer does not cover legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.

3. Retainer Fee, Duration & Payment Terms

  • Clients must pay a non-refundable retainer fee in advance to secure ongoing services.

  • The retainer covers services for 30 days from the date of payment. Unused sessions after this period will expire unless extended with prior approval.

  • The retainer will be applied toward the total session fee for any services rendered.

  • Payment must be made in full before services commence.

  • Shakeinah Davis LLC does not access or store clients’ personal financial information.

  • By submitting payment, clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized disputes will constitute a violation of this agreement and may result in additional fees.

4. Appointment Scheduling, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Clients may reschedule their sessions up to two (2) times without forfeiting their retainer.

  • If more than two reschedules are required, the retainer will be forfeited, and a new retainer will be required for future sessions.

  • Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the original 30-day retainer period unless extended with prior approval.

  • No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit their session.

  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late risk having their session shortened or forfeited at the discretion of Shakeinah Davis LLC.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, such as accurate birth details for astrology readings, prior to their session.

  • Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund.

  • Shakeinah Davis LLC is not liable for inaccurate results stemming from incorrect information provided by the client.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All readings and sessions are strictly confidential, except in cases where legal obligations or safety concerns arise.

  • Client information will never be shared with third parties.

  • Privacy & Data Protection: Shakeinah Davis LLC respects client privacy and does not sell, rent, or distribute personal information to third parties. Any information collected during bookings or sessions is used solely for service delivery, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Digital & Intellectual Property Protection

  • All session content, including readings and courses, is copyrighted and may not be shared, distributed, or resold without express written consent from Shakeinah Davis LLC.

  • Clients may take personal notes during sessions but are prohibited from recording, distributing, or reproducing session content in any format.

8. Emergency & Force Majeure Clause

  • Shakeinah Davis LLC reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, internet outages, or significant health issues.

  • In the event of a cancellation by Shakeinah Davis LLC, clients may reschedule or apply their retainer toward future sessions.

  • Refunds will not be provided for cancellations due to force majeure events.

9. No Refund Policy

  • Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of the services, all retainers and payments are final and non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • All services provided by Shakeinah Davis LLC are intended for personal insight only. Any actions taken by the client based on the services provided are their sole responsibility.

  • Shakeinah Davis LLC is not liable for outcomes resulting from consultations.

11. Legal Disclaimer

  • Shakeinah Davis LLC reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

  • In some states, astrology may be classified as entertainment. Clients acknowledge this when booking services.

  • Clients agree not to share, distribute, or use any content from readings, courses, or sessions without express written consent.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be addressed through mediation or arbitration before legal action is pursued.

  • If legal action is necessary, all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and resolved in Cook County, Illinois.

13. Accessibility Accommodations

  • Shakeinah Davis LLC is committed to providing accessible services. Clients requiring accommodations (e.g., live captions, text-based alternatives) must notify at least 48 hours before their scheduled session to ensure reasonable efforts can be made to accommodate their needs.

14. Age Requirement

  • All clients must be 18 years or older to book services. By booking, clients confirm they meet this age requirement.

15. Electronic Communications & Technical Issues

  • Shakeinah Davis LLC is not liable for missed notifications or technical difficulties arising from the client’s end, such as email issues or internet outages.

  • Clients are responsible for checking and reviewing all correspondence related to their booking.
