You're invited to join me on my very personal journey to transform my relationship with my life+giving menstrual cycle.

This space is for women and inter-sexed persons born with a uterus that currently has a recurring (regular or irregular) cycle.

Embark on a harmonious and practical spiritual journey that combines the wisdom of our natal and womb cycles with the transformative power of cultivating a garden!

This unique 3-month course is designed for menstruating women interested in deepening their understanding of personal cycles, nurturing their connection with nature, and experiencing the joy of growing their own food!

🔮Through a blend of astrology, gardening practices, and spiritual exploration, we will develop practical skills, self-awareness, and a sense of interconnectedness with the cycles of life. Join us as we curate cycles of completion and cultivate a garden that nourishes our souls. 🌿

Our 12 Astro-Based Course Objectives:

  1. Understand the astrological significance of the moon's transits in relation to our menstrual cycles.

  2. Explore the concept of "cycle-syncing" and its benefits in balancing hormones and overall well-being.

  3. Emphasize the importance of self-care, self-love, and self-acceptance throughout the menstrual cycle.

  4. Provide resources and support for women, particularly women of color, to navigate menstruation and fertility.

  5. Recognize and actively honor the interconnectedness between our personal cycles and the cycles of nature.

  6. Acquire practical gardening skills, including seed starting, soil preparation, planting, and maintenance.

  7. Explore the symbolism and wisdom of nature as it relates to personal growth and transformation.

  8. Develop a holistic approach to environmental stewardship, sustainable gardening practices, and spiritual well-being.

  9. Appreciate diverse cultural and historical perspectives on menstruation and fertility.

  10. Foster a sense of community and support by creating a safe and inclusive space for participants to share experiences, ask questions, and support one another throughout the learning journey.

  11. Cultivate mindfulness and reflection practices to deepen the connection between personal cycles, gardening activities, and inner growth.

  12. Promote sustainable and eco-conscious gardening practices that prioritize environmental stewardship and the preservation of biodiversity.

Course Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of astrology or gardening is NOT required!! 

  • Willingness to engage in self-reflection, personal growth, and hands-on gardening activities.

  • Access to outdoor gardening space (backyard, balcony, community garden, etc.) or indoor gardening options (containers, windowsill, etc.).

  • Commitment to participating actively in class discussions, group activities, and practical exercises.

  • Availability of approximately 3-4 hours per week for coursework, including reading, assignments, and gardening activities.

Course Materials:

  • Course readings, handouts, and resources will be provided electronically.

  • Everyone will be responsible for sourcing their own gardening supplies, seeds, and plants. But if you need some seeds, let Ninah know!
